We have more information than ever before.
More options. More access.

But also… more confusion.

And this is exactly why today more than ever

you need a skilled guide. A conductor.

Because doing this alone?

👉 costs you time
👉 drains your energy
👉 wastes your money

Jumping from one solution to another…
one doctor to another…
one hormone to the next…

without a clear roadmap.

Your body is not random.
It’s a system.

And systems need alignment not guessing.

That’s the difference between staying stuck…
and finally moving forward.

#menopause #womanempowerment #harmony#conduct#drbaharamin

Early perimenopause is often a progesterone decline phase.

But progesterone doesn’t work in isolation.

It works with your nervous system, cortisol rhythm, and metabolic stability.

If those are off…
you can add hormones and still feel the same.

This is why I always start with the system.

Not just the prescription.

Your brain doesn’t suddenly “age” in your 40s.
It changes—with your hormones.

From your 20s → 30s → 40s → menopause,
your brain is deeply connected to estrogen.

Estrogen helps your brain:
✔️ use glucose (fuel)
✔️ produce energy
✔️ stay focused, calm, and clear

When estrogen fluctuates or declines:
👉 brain energy drops
👉 focus and memory shift
👉 mood becomes more sensitive

This is not failure.
It’s a fuel + signaling change.

💡 How to support your brain:

• Balance blood sugar (protein-first meals, reduce spikes)
• Regulate cortisol (sleep, stress rhythm, recovery)
• Consider personalized hormone support when appropriate
• Build metabolic health (muscle, movement, mitochondria)

💬 Your brain doesn’t just need hormones…
It needs the right environment to use them.
@dr_mosconi
